I’m a native Washingtonian, growing up in Spokane and attending Western Washington University studying business. I began my professional career in 1975 as a residential painting and wall covering contractor in and by 1982 my business had moved from residential to commercial jobs, specializing in hotel renovation. In 1990, while remodeling hotels, I began developing and building out a 23-lot residential subdivision in the Gig Harbor area, Springfield Terrace. By 2003, Springfield was built-out and, while looking for another opportunity, I discovered the wonderful golf community of Alderbrook in Mason County. After building successfully in Alderbrook for three years, the decision was made to enter real estate sales in 2008. I believe my lifelong experience in finish trades, residential and commercial construction, platting and land use issues as well as working with many varied clients has given me a unique and well-rounded education in real estate. My wife Linda and I moved to Alderbrook in 2006 and thoroughly enjoy the easy going lifestyle of Union & Mason County.
I look forward to serving you in your real estate needs with integrity & a straight forward approach.
